Agreement signed to prepare Nolhivaranfaru Land Use plan

An agreement has been signed with Ryan Pvt Ltd to prepare the Land Use plan prepared in 2015 after re-surveying the land use plan. The agreement was signed on 21 February The work is scheduled to be completed within 60 days from the date of signing the agreement. One of these works is 190800.00 (one lakh ninety thousand eight hundred rupees). Once the Land Use Plan is prepared and approved by the Ministry, the lease of the land will start. These include tourism land, general commercial land and port land.
